Paignton Gig Rowing Club was formed in 2007 so they are one of the newest clubs.  They are based on the harbourside in Paignton and have thier own clubhouse which is very much the focal point of the club. 

A very social club they will always have a freindly welcome to new members, over a refreshing drink aftre a long sea rowing session.
 
They currently have 2 boats,  "Evans Above" a plastic practice gig & their newly delivered first racing boat,  "Top Catch".  She has already won 6 races for the club and i suspect with many more to come.  All this in their very first racing season.
